Of possible interest.
The topic in all these articles is the proposed $13 billion capital investment plan in new and renewed facilities at LANL led by plutonium infrastructure, and LANL's plans for additional highways and a new "megabridge" in an attempt to overcome one of the site's inherent problems (it wouldn't work).
